Which African Country is ideal for Elementary school Investment?

I love teaching profession. I always consider opening my own school for profit. I live in Africa. Could any body tell me which African Country would be ideal for Elementary to juniour school investment. I am looking for a country which allow private schools. I appreciate any of your comments on this subject.

Don't you agree Obama is racist towards White males?

Is some of the criticism of President Obama based on lack of knowledge about how our govt. works?

Some people seem to think a President submits a budget. Then he is responsible for negotiating the passage of that budget and after that he vetoes it or signs it into law. They seem to be unaware of what congress's responsibility is in the process.

This may not be the answer, but is my opinion.Walk away from it! The property doesn't belong to you, so why should you feel obliged to pay for someone else's loss. There are a million houses for sale right now at bargain prices.
