Volkswagen Used car with 180 km on it ..?

so this person is selling a 2002 Volkswagen golf car , (everything is good with the car, nothing is wrong) its a nice blue colour with tainted windows and a sunroof. she is selling the car because she had another child and needed a bigger car. The car has 180 km on it and she is looking to sell it for around 5300 but is also willing to negotiate, what do you guys think?
