Should I allow a man to move in with the two girls in the apartment above mine?

I can already tell that the "Gay" guy is a liar. Sometimes I say I am gay just to get the girls defense down and like me and make me "Straight again" girls sometimes wish they can be with a gay guy. So I wouldn't let the "Gay" guy to live with the girls in the apartment above yours.
